1. Paperbase International
Paperbase International will use its best efforts to offer continuous access to the Paperbase Database .

2. Ownership
Copyright and all other proprietary and intellectual property rights in the data are owned by Paperbase International.

3. User Names and Passwords
Paperbase International will issue user names and passwords to subscribers to enable them to access the Paperbase Database. The subscriber is responsible for the confidentiality and use of passwords issued to them and for the charges incurred.

4. Data Transfer
Data transfer and data link between the customer and Paperbase International via the Internet are exclusively the customer's responsibility.

5. Invoicing and Payment
Annual subscriptions
Paperbase will contact customers approximately one month before the current subscription expires prior to issuing an invoice for a further year. Written notice of cancellation of a subscription is required.
