Paperbase International is a joint venture partnership bringing together the expertise and experience of leading pulp and paper institutes: CTP (France), VTT (Finland) and Innventia(Sweden). Beginning January 2011 the journals, theses and conference proceedings from Germany is selected and indexed by The Pulp and Paper Library at Darmstadt University of Technology.

Paperbase includes international coverage of the latest research, technical and business information from around the world. More than 300 international trade and technical journals, as well as the major European and North American conference papers are scanned to provide weekly updates for the database.
 
Paperbase includes information on all aspects of the pulp, paper and nonwovens industries, from raw materials to finished products, including energy, recycling and other environmental issues, company news and in depth profiles, market information and statistics.
